Watch Big Brother 2021 Live Feeds Outside US

Big Brother LogoBig Brother is a TV reality show that was first shown in 1999 in the Netherlands. CBS bought the rights to the show in early 2000 and has held them in the US ever since. Since then, the show has turned into an international franchise with more than 54 different versions. Based on a book called 1984 by George Orwell, the premise of the show is to isolate a group of people known as “HouseGuests” from the outside world and use cameras to watch and record everything that happens in the house. The exception to this rule is a family emergency or the passing of a family member. Season 23 will premier on July 7, 2021.

How to Use a VPN to Watch BB live feeds

We will use ExpressVPN for the example of how to use a VPN service to watch the show and live feeds.  First, you’ll want to download the VPN client. ExpressVPN offers client software for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Mobile users can download apps for iOS and Android. You can even connect your router to secure every device on your network. It will send all your communications through the VPN which extends support to devices like game consoles and streaming boxes. They even have an app for Amazon Fire TV devices.

Now that you’ve had a chance to download and install the software it’s time to connect. Launch the ExpressVPN client and select a server location. We’ll walk you through step by step using their Windows client. Keep in mind we are using images from US servers since Big Brother is geo-restricted to the United States.

ExpressVPN for Disney Plus

  • Since Paramount+ (previously CBS All Access) is only available in the US, you will want to pick a server in the United States. ExpressVPN has a large network of servers located all over the US.
  • We recommend you select Lightway  UDP for the best experience. For streaming videos from sites like Paramount+, we use either Lightway (PC) or OpenVPN UDP (mobile) because its faster than TCP. They also support IKEv2 and L2TP. We still recommend Lightway UDP for the best mix of speed and privacy protection.
  • Click the big round connect button. After a few seconds, you’ll see the area around the button turn green. There will also be a message letting you know the “VPN is ON”
  • You now have an IP address in the USA, as far as anyone can tell online. As such, you can reach any site as if you were sitting there. The same would be true if you connected to a server in the UK or anywhere else in the world.

It is just that easy to do. Now that you have an IP address from an ExpressVPN server in the US, you can browse the Internet and watch shows like Big Brother as if you were actually there. The same is true from any country, but you will want to connect to a server in the US to wach the live feeds.

As you can probably tell by now, a good VPN opens access to content around the world. For use outside of the US, the service can help you unblock other popular services as well, including Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Now. You still need an account but the VPN will help you watch American shows and movies as if you were physically there or in any other region you would like to access.

The first season of Big Brother US aired on July 5, 2000, on the CBS Network. In this version of the show, the HouseGuests compete for 500k. You can watch the show on Paramount+ as long as you have a subscription and are in the US. If you want to watch the show from outside of US, you would need to use a VPN.

Though the premise of BB has stayed the same over the years, the show itself has changed. In an attempt to keep the show fresh, the crew for Big Brother is always coming up with new competitions and twists for the houseguests. The show usually has interesting people and this year is no exception. With the 23rd anniversary season, the Big Brother House is changing completely. You can bet there will be innovative twists this year.

Here’s a quick look at the houseguests from last season. We understand that 2021 will not be an all-star year so we can expect full lineup of new contestants. We will update our list for season 23 as long as CBS releases the details.

Big Brother has had premium live streaming feeds in the past where you could watch the feeds 24/7 and have access to content that was more mature in nature than what is normally shown on TV. Also, you can watch videos from the different guests on the BB23 website. Normal episodes are available on CBS.com once you sign in.

If you live outside of the US and wish to view the channel, you would be geo-blocked without a VPN. Geo-blocking is a technology used to block access outside of its target audience. In other words, if you were in any other country besides the US, you would be blocked due to licensing restrictions. A VPN service will allow you to view this content and add a layer of encryption to your data. Providing you have a valid subscription to Paramount+ (previously CBS All Access), you would be able to watch as if you were in the US.
