The Gibraltar 2019 NatWest International Island Games XVIII will begin on Saturday, July 6th and end on Friday, July 12th. This is the second time that Gibraltar has hosted the games and the first time since 1995. The Faroe Islands were suppose to host the games this year but they could not complete the sporting venues in time. The competition includes over 2,000 athletes from 24 islands.
