If you follow cricket, you may have heard that the West Indies team will tour England will begin a 3 match test series with the 1st Test starting March 8th-12th, 2022. They will play the match at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. The 2nd Test will be in Barbados from March 16-20th, 2022. Lastly, the 3rd Test will be held in Grenada from March 24th-28th. All tests begin at 10 am, GMT. As popular as cricket is, there are two different broadcast partners that will allow you to watch the tests. - SonyLiv – This option is an OTT (over the top) streaming service located in India. That means it is not a part of any other service and can be accessed, providing you have a subscription. - Sky Sports – If you are from the UK and have a subscription to Sky Sports, you can watch online from the Sky Sports app. You would just need to enter your credentials.
- Willow.TV – If you have access to Willow.TV either by your US satellite/cable provider or through Sling TV, you can watch the tests by downloading the Willow.TV app and entering your credentials. If you plan on watching them live, the US timezones range from 4 hours behind GMT (for EST) to 7 hours behind GMT (for PST).
These matches will certainly be interesting in that the full teams are not playing in the tests. There are players on both sides that are opting out of this tour for different reasons. For the West Indies team, 3 of their veteran players named Shimron Hetmyer, Darren Bravo, and Keemo Paul are bowing out because of Covid-19. For England, Joe Root has opted out of the first match to attend to the birth of his second child.
