The History of this unique tournament goes back to the year 1900. It was founded by four members of the Harvard University tennis team who wished to challenge the British to a tennis competition. Once the tennis groups agreed, one of the four Harvard players, Dwight F. Argentina is favored to win the tournament this year, but both teams have been extremely strong throughout the tournament. It is no surprise they are both in the final.
